Fun bowling and arcade options for families. Room was outdated and I had issues with the ice machine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great access to the beach.

The room was so clean and cozy, and we had an amazing view of the river from the 18th floor! I loved how there were fun activities for everyone, from the arcade to the pool tables. Plus, the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable with their welcoming smiles!

Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff? Pleasant, mostly. Big Horn Cafe serves exceptional food at fair prices. Enjoyed the casino's variety, but the experience was marred by issues. The TV didn’t work—maintenance provided a replacement but failed to note my concerns. No fridge in the room, and curtains needed attention. Limited ice accessibility and vacuuming was overlooked. TV service was outdated with channels malfunctioning. The wait for the café was often frustrating. Worst of all, our car was stolen from the self-parking garage, and the front desk response was lacking. There’s potential here, but significant improvements are necessary.

The bed was comfortable, and I liked the pillows. The room was spacious, with a great river and mountain view to the East. The bathroom featured a strong shower, which was refreshing. Security disturbed me around 3 AM for an issue that wasn't my fault. Three non-functioning lamps were frustrating, and the only elevator working was a hassle during my stay. The TV remote was a recurring problem too. Staff were friendly, but there was a lack of clarity on food availability. The temperature control in the shower was inconsistent, which detracted from the overall experience.

The Laughlin River Lodge offers stunning river and mountain views, especially in the East-facing rooms. The location is a standout with a lovely river view, and the Big Horn Cafe serves some of the best food around. Clean and recently refurbished rooms surprised me after past experiences. the amenities are sadly lacking—no cable, outdated TVs, and a dirty carpet marred the visit. Staff could be friendlier, especially during check-in. I appreciated having a fridge for my medication, but it's frustrating when basic items like coffee makers and toilet paper aren't available. With a mix of charm and issues, it’s a complex place to recommend.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The food at the café is tasty and reasonably priced while the gaming area has a nice variety of slot machines.
The room lacked a refrigerator and blow dryer.

This hotel is superbly situated right on the beautiful Colorado River, allowing easy access to the scenic riverwalk, where you can stroll leisurely and enjoy the cool breeze, and is conveniently located just a stone's throw away from numerous nearby casinos, making it ideal for weekend explorers like myself who love soaking in the local atmosphere; the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and breathtaking views, and the pool and jacuzzi are well-maintained, situated away from the hustle of the casino, but the check-in experience could use some improvement as we had to wait a bit for staff to assist us.

Hit up the sick golf club and marina. Bingo and slots galore! The spot had everything - casino, store, café. Total vibes for us teens!

I couldn't believe how neglected the place felt. The room was full of stains, dusty furniture, and even a broken sink drain. It clearly hadn't been maintained for ages, making our stay super uncomfortable and frustrating. What a letdown!

So, my recent stay at River Lodge had its ups and downs. Let's start with the positives, the room was clean, which is always a big plus for me. The housekeeping staff was quick to bring me extra blankets when I asked, and I really appreciated that. The 24-hour general store was super handy, especially for late-night snacks. Another pleasant surprise was the cheap alcoholic beverages at the casino bars, can't complain about that! On the flip side, there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. The bed was really uncomfortable, with a lumpy mattress that made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The water in the shower never got hot, and adjusting the temperature was a challenge. The room was quite dated, and the TV reception wasn't the best. And let's not forget the tiny bags of ice they provided instead of a functional ice machine, not ideal, especially in warm weather.

The 7 restaurants offer delish American cuisine with a view, perfect! The gift shops and slot machines kept me entertained, love a good multiplier! Safety first with carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers, fancy!

loved everything looked clean - air conditioner worked great in the room. the downstairs mexican bar area was nice and drinks were great. carrie the bartender was awesome and the room was nice.

Had a great time during my Xmas stay! The slot machines were a hit, and the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable. The variety of slot machines provided entertainment, and the room's comfort was a plus. The location felt spacious, avoiding overcrowding concerns.
The lack of staff affected service quality. Long wait times at the restaurant and bar due to staff shortages were disappointing.

At the Laughlin Lodge, my family enjoyed the Rivview and the spacious pool area with its own bathrooms. The comfortable beds offered a good night's rest after a fun day trying our luck at the 498 slot machines and bingo games.
My children wanted a closer parking lot to the beach.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful sleep despite it being a double instead of a queen size. The gambling experience was enjoyable, with the keno machines being a particular favorite. The level we stayed on was quiet, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere. The little gift basket provided was a nice touch after a long day of traveling and attending a concert. The location was convenient, with the water taxi launch right at the hotel and easy access to other nearby casinos. The parking garage was convenient, and the complimentary snacks at Dottys were a nice treat. The staff, including manager Steve, were friendly and helpful, adding to our pleasant experience.
The receptionist at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming, which made for an uncomfortable check-in experience. The carpet in the room was dirty, and the outdated box TV was a bit amusing to see.

the room at river lodge was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had a stunning river view from the 18th floor. the location at the end of the strip provided the best of both worlds - easy access to the party atmosphere and a peaceful stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even bringing an extra pillow at midnight. the hotel buffet offered affordable, high-quality food and the café had great drink discounts during happy hour.
